AgJunction Announces New Interim CFO

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, May 15, 2020 

AgJunction Inc. (TSX: AJX) ("AgJunction" or the "Company"), today announced that it has reappointed Peter Newton as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, replacing Deborah Mack who has left the Company.

 

Mr. Newton served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company from May 11, 2019 to November 15, 2019 and will serve in this in this role as the Company continues its previously announced search for a permanent CFO in the Greater Scottsdale Area.

 

The Company thanks Ms. Mack for her contributions and wishes her the best in the future.
